Step One: Material Preparation and Mixing
Prepare the required rubber materials and formulations, mix them in specific proportions to ensure the rubber has the desired hardness, wear resistance, and other characteristics.
Rubber tires made of high-elasticity rubber material provide excellent traction and comfort, adapting to various road conditions while reducing shocks and vibrations, offering a stable and smooth driving experience for vehicles.
Rubber tires are made of rubber material. Rubber is an elastic material that can be adjusted for hardness, wear resistance, and anti-aging properties by adding different additives and using specific processing techniques to meet the requirements of different vehicles and road conditions. Rubber tires are the most common tire type used in modern automobiles, renowned for their outstanding traction and comfort.
Step One: Material Preparation and Mixing
Prepare the required rubber materials and formulations, mix them in specific proportions to ensure the rubber has the desired hardness, wear resistance, and other characteristics.
Step Two: Extrusion or Molding
Put the mixed rubber into an extruder or molding machine, extrude or mold it to obtain the pre-determined shape of the tire cover.
Step Three: Vulcanization Treatment
Place the molded rubber tire cover into a vulcanizing machine for the vulcanization treatment, using heat to solidify and stabilize the rubber material, enhancing its durability and elasticity.
Step Four: Quality Inspection and Packaging
Conduct quality inspection on the vulcanized rubber tire cover to ensure its dimensions, hardness, and quality meet design requirements. Once passed the inspection, proceed with packaging to ensure the tire covers remain undamaged during transportation and deliver them to customers.
