Engineering Dipstick

Customized engineering dipsticks have the advantages of accurate measurement, durability and reliability, convenient operation and various sizes, and are suitable for various liquid volume measurement needs.

Engineering Dipstick

An engineering dipstick is a tool used to measure the volume of liquid oil or other liquids. It usually consists of a long ruler with a scale and a measuring head. The measuring head is used to insert into the liquid container, suck the liquid into the oil dipstick, and then determine the volume of liquid or oil quantity by reading the scale on the dipstick. Engineering dipsticks are widely used in engineering, automotive maintenance and other fields to monitor the use and replenishment of fluids to ensure the proper operation of equipment and machines.

Four Common Processing Techniques for Custom Engineering Dipsticks

Sheet Metal Processing

Sheet Metal Processing: Use mechanical equipment to cut, bend and punch metal sheets to form the shape of the oil dipstick.

Mold Injection Molding

Mold Injection Molding: inject the molten plastic into the pre-made mold, cool and solidify to form the shape of the oil dipstick.

CNC Machining

CNC Machining: Precise cutting and machining of metal materials using computer numerical control technology to form the details and shape of the oil dipstick.

Welding

Welding: Weld multiple parts to connect them into a complete oil dipstick structure.
